Authentic Italian Food!. This is probably the best Italian place in north London for a good pizza or pasta. It is always a good choice and never fails to disappoint, you really can’t go wrong with a good quality pizza or pizza, huge portions and at great value. The pizza primavera was definitely a good choice!
Review. This place has a great choice of pizza and pasta dishes. It’s definitely one of my favourite places for a good Italian. Spoilt for choice when it comes to the pizzas but the bufala, the calzone and the Quattro Stagioni are good choices. The garlic pizza bread is freshly baked along with their pizzas – it’s the perfect sharing option! Also really friendly service
Iconic Italian restaurant from the area. Although I personally fell tha since the renovation it has lost a bit of its old original character, still great food is served. Truly urban legend!
Huge portions and reasonable prices. I have been coming here with my family for years because of the great variety that the menu has to offer, not forgetting the huge portions at reasonable prices. The service is also second to none. I much prefer to come here than to any of the bigger Italian chains!
Great Tasting Pizzas!. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I love their food, their fresh and great tasting pizzas. My wife and I visit at least once a month. We also get the occasional take away! The Bufala pizza is highly recommended!
Great place, first time I have been back since the refurb! Pizza the best I’ve had in London and portions are huge! Some of the same old faces in there which is always nice. I recommend it!
Feel Ill. We visited La Porchetta in Finsbury Park tonight and it ruined our evening – rude staff, terrible food, meals out at different times – all in all, a rubbish place to visit and now I feel ill too! Wish we had waited to get in a Papagonies down the road, now we know where there was a queue down there!
