Norma is a contemporary and vibrant restaurant inspired by the food and culture of Sicily, with particular emphasis in the Moorish influences of the islands cuisine. Named after the world-famous Opera Norma and much-loved Sicilian pasta dish Pasta alla Norma, and housed across three floors of a characterful townhouse on Charlotte Street in Londons Fitzrovia, Norma embodies the celebrated old-school Italian hospitality and charm, taking inspiration from the grand cafe culture found in Sicily, with Culinary Director, Ben Tish at the helm.
