Home of the true Neapolitan Wood Oven&Sourdough Pizza Our Pizzas are mde the old fashioned Neapolitan way,with first quality sourdough which is left to rise for 48 hours, so as to ensure that they are light on the stomach. Our wood oven is kept at a low temperature to guarantee that they are uniformly and completely coked,and not"blasted at 500 degree centigrade" which would have a tendency to seal the outer crust and undercook the inside,making it rather difficult to digest.
