We relied on the recommendation of a receptionist and needless to say the restaurant delivered much beyond expectations. We ordered a baked Camembert with garlic drizzle, it was simply delicious. Even the ribeye steaks with Chimichrri sauce and the one with Diane sauce were cooked to perfection and extremely tasty. The meal was better than many of the 5 star restaurants. Highly impressed and awed.
Although there is nothing bad with this restaurant, it could just do a little makeover with the decor and the dark lighting. Even the toilets need to be checked a bit. Apart from this, I have visited the place often and have never been disappointed. Friendly staff, good service, great food, specially the steaks. A must visit for foodies.
According to me,i expected this restaurant to be nothing special,and it did turn out just okay.This place which is a part of the attached premier inn ,is all but average.They serve complimentary breakfast for the hotel guests too.The breakfast is all but average.The food overall is not extraordinary,in fact in my opinion is below average.
We planned to try this new place and were hugely disappointed. Going by its name, it has got nothing to do with charred food. The food that we ordered was not that good as well. The ribs were slimy and looked like they were boiled first and then cooked in the oven, while the chicken was fine but the food was cold. Along with that the ambience was not that good as well with filthy tables and even the staff seemed rude and ill-trained. But the good thing about all this was that when we complained to the manager, he waived off the whole bill which was pretty surprising.
This restaurant offers some of the best Fish and chips in London which are always big and really crispy, just the way I like them to be. The burgers are pretty big as well and are delicious. I’ve also tried their blueberry cheesecake which was utterly mouth-watering, and as is the popcorn sundae. However the only negative point about the restaurant was their service, which was slow and took about 35 minutes to get our order.
The money that you will be spending here are going to be worth here. The food is good , fresh and flavors are there too. The service is very good , the waiters are very smart and they will always greet you with a smile on their face. They are helpful too. This place is worth a visit if you like exploring new places , the service won’t let you down and food is also going to be generous enough.
I must say the food here was marvellous and hot. There were many options to pick from and they were kind and flexible enough to cook more sausages as the children really liked them. In my opinion, the drinks were really well priced and not at all expensive. As it was a bright sunny day, we sat outside. In all the food was good and so was the staff and they service.
