When can a tart be better than a tiara? At the Bel and the Dragon! My husband and I ate here as part of our weekend in Windsor (Full review on my blog and YouTube channel. Search Sunny in London). Great food, good prices, right in the heart of Windsor. Try the sticky toffee pudding, it’s to die for.
