Gigneys restaurant was set up to create opportunities for ambitious, hard working young people aiming to pursue careers in the catering & hospitality industry, we aim to do this by opening apprenticeship vacancies in a working restaurant environment, which uses omly freshly delivered local produce. Our plan is to establish high quality restaurants with a difference - to transform the lives of young people, to provide our guests with a first rate dining experience and to invest a percentage of our profits back into the local community.
