Great location on the quayside at Looe, a very pretty fishing town on Cornwalls south coast. To be fair, we arrived without a booking and so were given a table without view in the downstairs area. The menu was focussed, not surprisingly on fish and shellfish. But the fish and chip offering was severely over-battered, and the fish itself grey and unappealing. We found the restaurant over-priced and extremely up itself and will not return. The place has huge potential if the pomposity is addressed and better value offered.
This is one of the nicest places I’ve been to. Great seafood, service and ambiance. My visit to Looe was one of the best weekends of my life and this just added to it!
