We are Dale and Rachel, a husband and wife team who have recently moved to Louth after running several successful restaurants in Lincolnshire over the last 10 years. The shared dream of establishing our own business is finally a reality. We are excited to now have the freedom to showcase our unique blend of traditional, contemporary food and drinks in a cosy, cosmopolitan local setting. Our vision is to provide the local community with a welcoming, down to earth meeting place, whether its over breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, cake or a cheeky cocktail. We aim to put a stylish, modern twist on traditional rustic cooking. The ethos of the Auction House is to be committed to sustainability, sourcing local produce and catering to all lifestyle and dietary requirements.
