It’s so close to some genuinely top class coffee alternatives (eg La Bottega Milanese and Laynes) that I don’t really see the point of coming here. I don’t mind a Nero in some locations if options are short, but not here.

I would like to thank the member staff of coffee Nero Bond Street Leeds she made amazing tasty Hot chocolate I never had like that in Leeds great jobs ❤️
Stopped here for coffee (Americano, no milk/sugar) and their ginger biscuits. We like Cafe Nero but these made a very good Americano.Every time we go to a Cafe Nero always nervous carrying drinks up the stairs, this must put a lot of people off?
We all enjoyed our drinks and treats before facing a day shopping in the cold weather. Good efficient service providing exactly what you ask for.
