Newly converted. OMG, what a fantastic meal! we were on our way to another thai restaurant around the corner that we often went to previously when my wife noticed that saengarun thai was packed full of thai’s!! always a good sign, so we thought we’d give it a try. WOW! we certainly made the right choice. not only was the food wonderfull but the atmosphere was warm, relaxed and friendly. we were also entertained by some thai girls with excellent voices singing karaoki songs projected on the rear wall. we have now made this place our regular destination for thai food. all the others fade in comparison. highly recomended if you want real authentic thai food.
We went in at 3pm and had the lunchtime menu of a good size starter and a large serving of a main course dish with rice for 8.95. The food was freshly prepared and really tasty. The house wine was ideally suited too. Easy going friendly place, we were pleased we went.
