I pop in once and a while to grab a cheap beer. It is a large pub with an upstairs and downstairs bar, getting served at one of the bars is a different prospect. Occasionally it is quick but most times it is a nightmare, all room, no staff. The food is rubbish but apparently the vegan society endorse some of their high fat, cheap, processed microwave options which I would not serve to my dog, come to think of it I would not throw it out to the rats. Therefore to food is crap so if you have loved ones and bring them here to eat you must really, really hate them. Staff are rude here, not welcoming personality, just give us your dosh and be off with you mentality. The beer is cheap though, I think I mentioned that before, but it is its only redeeming quality.
