Everytime I have gone here I have had a less than pleasant experience. The service is generally appalling. Basic customer service skills is severely lacking. There is one young server in particular who seems to have a terrible arrogant attitude and has put me off going back again.
Bad customer service, avoid. Had a bad customer service experience, the peopple who take orders are so rude and snobbish, very expensive compared to their competitor next door which was way cheaper n taste 100percent better than bbq express. i would rather visit a place where l am treated with respect and nicely than go to where l am embarrassed in front of the public. that was what happened and l had to walk off in annoyance. blimey
