I have been visiting this little independent cafe for some time as supporting local,small businesses is a good thing, right? So what do I get in return? Normally a positive feeling of doing the right thing and helping people i don’t even know. I have been purchasing my tea with soya milk here at 1.10 which is the same as those who drink theirs with cow juice. However today it is now 1.20. No cha he’s on the menu board, no price alterations so i ask why. It is soya is the reply. OK, i get it now, all of a sudden you want to cash in on the plant milk trend and exploit us vegans. One day it is the same price as everyone else now you see a chance to increase your takings for the day. Now i will take my business to a corporate who i expect to treat me like dirt. If you want us to use independent shops then treat us fairly and not so.e type of cash boat.
