We came here and we saw it was busy thanks to the cold and rain. We decided to wait inside the place for a table and no one communicated with us – not a word. After waiting 20 mins we got a table. Still no communications. Then no one cleared the table. Then they came and opened a fridge next to where I was sitting without acknowledging anything. Another waiter walked passed our table delivering food without clearing the previous people’s dirty plates and acknowledging us. I understand places can get busy. However there’s no excuse for ignoring customers. I’m happy to wait – but it’s just rude not to be acknowledged. We walked out without ordering anything. Of course none of the staff even noticed. An hour of my life I’ll never get back.
