The Farmers Arms is a fantastic friendly pub located in the heart of Cumbria, the pub lays claim to be one of the oldest in the lakes. Dating back to the 14th century, the building took up use as a coaching Inn in the 17th century and has been welcoming customers ever since. Set in the Crake valley with views of the Old Man of Coniston and a strong reputation for good food and cask ales and wines, the pub is popular with both locals and visitors and people working in Ulverston and Barrow. The pub is located between Ulverston and Coniston in the southern lakes and is a 1/2 hour drive from the M6. Food served daily from 12pm - 8.30pm
