Dugans Patisserie makes creative and unique French style individual sweet tarts using quality ingredients that are locally sourced whenever possible. The tarts are little works of art made of our delicious handmade pastry filled with a chocolate ganache, frangipane or salted caramel and decorated with fresh fruit, nuts and finished with real Belgian chocolate. In addition to her signature tarts our head baker and owner Tracy Dugan also bakes delicious almond cakes, Florentines and gooey chocolate brownies, all made with top quality ingredients and real Belgian chocolate.
