Ignorant sraff. Ignorant incompetent staff, overpriced shitty little bar , I’m sure it won’t be open long.
Went last night for a meal in the sun. Table was dirty when we arrived at the one we wanted. Went to order and the bar lady/manager was quite blunt and not very friendly. We ordered nachos to start, 3 burgers and a quesadilla. When the nachos arrived they were dropped on our table with a very blunt ‘sorry no guacamole’. This was replaced by about a tub of sour cream, very little cheese and about a spoonful of salsa. I like sour cream, but not that much! They took about half an hour to take away our starters. When our mains arrived the burgers were burnt and solid. They tasted very salty and also had the texture of carpet. When we’d decided to pluck up the courage to complain we did so but with a reply that was very rude. The manager/bar lady was very blunt, again and she was very defensive. She then exclaimed that the food was sourced from Cheshire farms. At which point we informed her that we didn’t think it was the quality of the food, it was the way it was cooked. She argued a little more than then we got a refund.
