I have been a regular customer, but tonight I was dumbfounded when I ordered HALF A DUCK (costing 16 quid!) and received measly pieces of skin and scraps with barely any meat at all. Thinking there must have been a mistake, I called the restaurant to inform them and even sent them a picture of what I received. I have ordered duck many times before and so I know what I should be expecting. They however insisted that there was no mistake, and what I had received was exactly right. Felt terribly shortchanged and would definitely not recommend such dishonest conduct. Will not be repeating any more orders.
