The first problem with this company is the menu. No Pork. None, For a Chinese restaurant this is a big problem. The meat is not described as Halal so what is the point? I chose sweet and sour chicken, vietnamese spring rolls and singapore noodles. The noodles were described as containing chicken and shram. When I rang to order the food I asked what ‘shram’ was.’I don’t know’ he said. ‘I don’t know anything about Chinese Food.’ Neither did the chef it appears.I was quoted half an hour to forty minutes. It arrived an hour and fifteen minutes later. The rolls were swimming in oil and accompanied by an unidentifiable dip. The sweet and sour sauce was frankly merely sour and unpleasant, and bore no relation to any sweet and sour sauce I have ever encountered in this universe.Singapore noodles traditionally are rice vermicelli but what I received was the regular noodles one uses for chow mein with some chicken and prawns thrown in (and no pork). Was it a mistake on the order or is this what they consider to be Singapore noodles? The owners need to get a proper Chinese Chef in, put pork back on the menu and get their delivery times sorted. Until they do I’m not ordering from them again. Be warned.
