Genuinely surprising to find a high quality, authentic sushi restaurant in a neighbourhood setting in Maida Vale. The quality of the ingredients is first class. Particularly recommend the chicken Katsu and the maki rolls (spicy seared tuna/salmon) are made to order and are among the best I have had outside San Francisco and Sydney. Sometime the service is a little hap hazard but it is always charming and well intentioned. A hidden gem.
