Blue Eyed Panda, Manchester, is a modern Chinese restaurant with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere located in Ancoats, the new city's food and drink area. We do not only offer authentic Chinese cuisine like steamed Dim sums, Stir Fried, Salt and pepper or Casserole dishes, but we also serve some special Venezuelan influenced fusion dishes e.g. Grilled marinated lamp chops on our extensive menu.
