I went in there tonight with my sons for a take away. We all got milkshakes and they were really good. We drank them while we waited for the food.1 order came out and we waited for the other. After 10mins the manager asked us what we were waiting for?Turns out the guy didn’t hear my sons order.The manager, Shannon, was amazing! She stepped right in and used her best customer service skills to put it all right.If the service hadn’t have been handled so well by the manager I would have thought twice about spending my money there again!Thanks for the nice food and the respect you shown us customers Shannon x
Not the best – Basically a copy of the REAL Buffalos from Didsbury. Food too spicy and hot. Gets over crowded with loud mouth Pub goers too so isnt really pleasant at all.
Ok food, everything else bad. Food was ok for what it is, but bad service and some really bad music playing, cheesy and annoying
Nice beef burgers. I went back to buffalo after they had there refurbishment done and I was amazed by how much it changed, basically everything! I had to look outside if I’d come in to the right place which I did. I seen them mincing some meat and hand making burgers so I tried the ausome 3-some (I added cheese) it came with fries. The burger had beef patty, pulled chicken and beef bacon covered in chipotle mayo served in a sesame brioche burger bun. All I can say it was AUSOME!!give it a go I’m going to try the chicken avocado next time.

we ordered our food at 8pm and it is now 10 past 10. i am extremely disappointed with this service and unfortunately due to the customer service I will not be using this takeaway again. When I have rang to ask how long the food is going to be, they have asked me to ring back in 5 minutes. I am not a complainer and it takes a lot for me to complain about a restaurant/cafe but I feel that this is simply not good enough. Looking forward to a meal with my partner has turned into a farce. I think that 2 hrs to wait for simple food is not good enough. The fact that the person on the phone is lying each time I phone makes this whole situation a joke. I am extremely disappointed with this.
Great tasting food at a competitively price. What more could you ask for? I would recommend the Buffalo flavoured wings that are just too good for words. Nothing close to the flavours more famous peri chicken places are offering. Can I say Nandos? I just did! You get the idea. They are the next Nandos if they can get other branches open.
