  Canada Grill Useless. I ordered online, initially thinking the new system was great. However, there was no way of paying by card and despite an acknowledgement on the site, no acknowledgement by email of the order. I waited 1.5 hours for my food and then decided to check with Canada Grill. The man I got through to was defensive and said that they had no record of my order, so I attempted to relay all the details of the pizzas again. The man’s english was very bad and he was not listening to my order and kept getting it wrong. I thought he had finally got the order when he hung up. I assumed that the phone had cut out and tried ringing back. He hung up each time I tried to ring as obviously had my number on his system. I then rang up from another phone and asked to speak to the manager. He said he was the manager and then began to give me a great deal of verbal abuse. He accused me of being drunk and refused to apologise for hanging up on me. I gave up listening to him shouting at me and decided that 2 hours spent trying to get a takeaway that would probably ultimately be spat in was truly wasted. I then checked my email to find that the full order had been received but rejected 10 mins after this last phone call, so they had had it all along. I have no idea how this man, who claims to be the manager expects to run a business by abusing decent customers. Obviously, I won’t ever try to order from these people again and neither will any of my friends and family.
