Located very close to Chorlton Tram Station is this charming cafe where you can find the most gorgeous strawberry and white chocolate cake. My coffee snob friend said that he absolutely adores the coffee here because of the great beans they use (says a lot). I had a flat white without syrup (I need caramel in my drink) and to my surprise I actually liked it! The decor inside is very chilled out and warm with comfortable couches with an artsy feel. The waiters were very friendly as well, happily chatting about things on the menu. There is an outdoor seating area as well which is perfect for soaking up the rare sunshine we get in Manchester. But when the sun sets this place takes a complete different turn and transforms into a buzzing pub and it seems like they have a good range of DJ’s playing here as well. The crowd is mostly young professionals so you are not expecting any kind of brawls here (phew). Verdict : Definitely going back again when I am in the hood! eatwithmeshrimoyee.com
