This place around 2010-2014 was the best fried chicken shop but something has gone wrong ever since , the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down everytime I ordered something the food is cold or like warm and sometimes dry I really miss a good old kansas and it seems the didbury branch is more consistent than this chorlton one

Best Chicken Burger, ever.. My family and I have been having these chicken burgers for over 15 years, and it beats even the best gourmet chicken burgers I’ve had at expensive restaurants (not the beef or lamb burgers, for that Johnny Rockets in Dubai beats all hands down).I know the guys who work there will be a bit disappointed with this, but slightly better customer service would make things better.Shame their home delivery service was short lived, we’d buy at-least once a week if that cam back.
The food is hit and miss even if you complain they don’t seem to be botherd ,the Rusholme store is far more better.The customer service is non existent
