What makes the Pi stand out amongst all the cafes in Chorlton is its menu of perfect home-made pies (and of course that justifies the name too).The place smells amazing with the combined aroma of coffee and freshly baked pies.Check for the day’s specials on the board. I tried the cheese and mushroom pie, with a side of mushy peas. The pie is individual size and hence might be difficult to share. The pie was perfect, hot in the centre, and the peas were a perfect accompaniment.I am not a huge critic of coffees, hence to me the coffee was quite good.The ambiance is laid-back, just like a neighbourhood cafe should be.Overall, a good place for a quiet date and to satisfy that pie-craving you have.
