Manchester's answer to tasty Vietnamese street food, Viet Shack started out life in 2015 in the Arndale Food Market, serving fresh fast food with a Vietnamese twist. After the blooming success of the Arndale, the Viet Shack family expanded into their new home in Ancoats in the Summer of 2018, out of which people have been queuing ever since.
