The customer service at this place is horrendous. The staff at the counter looks at you like u are an alien. No manners whatsoever or even a smile. Thats always. But today a staff named Thiyagu was so rude to me. I had a cake ordered for around 47 and it was smudged in the corner. I asked him about it and he said it will be like this coz its a fresh cream cake and that he is not my slave to keep answering my questions. Paid that lot of my and having s**t customer service….I think its high time they teach their staff some customer service skills

I purchased an eggless cake for a friends birthday and I was extremely disappointed.The cake sponge was firm in texture and tasted stale.Whats more the customer service is poor- staff are unfriendly and generally seem unhappy.If you are looking to order a cake for a special occasion or function i would recommend the pantry or cake box located close by. They do consistently excellent cakes; please do not waste your money here.
This is the only place I go to order a cake. They have the most amazing cakes – very light and fluffy but delicious!
