  I went istanbul restaurant this saturday evening with my family, i am a returning customer as i have been before and i liked the food.I was however very very disappointed with almost everything. I will give a better detailed explanation after the rating. With all honesty i will give it at most 2/10.I made order for a istanbul special platter and they took my order WITHOUT TELLING ME half the things that comes with the platter usually like the lamb meat and chicken meat and some grill, they DIDNT EVEN HAVE IT. I realised it myself so they apologised and said they will give many other things as replacements. I received NONE. So they lied.Customer service was very poor. Mainly because it was a saturday and they had been busy all day and didnt care about us remaining customers.I asked for tap water and by law every restaurant must provide free tap water, they said i have to buy bottle water because their tap water is not good.Half of the platter remained carelessly cold like the rice and couscous and bread when served after a long delayed wait.They were out of bread so they made us wait in restraunt and they went to another shop to buy it.They didnt have the famous lahmajuns.My advise, DONT GO ISTANBUL ON SATURDAYS BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT FIND ALOT OF THINGS YOU ORDER, you WILL GET RUBBISH SERVICE AND LONG EMPTY WAITING AND COLD FOOD SERVED.I was upset, embarrassed and let down to tale my family there.After they had ruined my fine saturday they also charged full, even for the items missing in my platter.I am sincerely upset with there poor service.I will also say my previous experience in this restraunt was 7/10- 6/10.
