Real bad service, Starters never came, mains arrived one by one after 10minute time gaps? When asked about our starters he said they havent even started making them so we kindly asked to cancel. In the end we only realised we still paid for starters even though he said hel take it off? We only realised in the car. Also never did they mention cash only? Until we asked for bill of 50pounds. Steak was ok but i prefer sahara grill. There was no cutlery or napkins and hard to get hold of staff. Staff had no idea about steak differences or sauces? Awefull place please avoid disappointment!First and our last time.

After the success of the visit to the new grill branch in Stratford was hoping this was also going to live up to the exoectations and high standards. Am very sorry to say it did not. When i asked if the head chef was available as he had messaged me to thank me for my first review for the Stratford branch I was a bit surprised to be told he wasnt available, I think that should have been our cue to exit… But nevertheless we were in the area and wanted to try it at least. The wife went for the gourmet hand pressed beef burger with fried egg , which to be honest was great if your a burger fan and tasted really nice although i had only a few bites, with the meat just rightly cooked with a nice blend of flavours and the bun being very soft and fresh too, she praised it. I wanted to try the fish dish again and was told they had a new variant of the sea bass fillet which was absolutely amazing at the stratford branch, but the new offering was with salmon fish, i opted for that but only to be told 5 mins later that it wasnt available any more, not sure if they had really run out or if the current chef was not able to make it. So ended up going for the tried and tested sea bass fillet again… Only to be very disappointed, as the marination and flavours did not even come close to what I had tasted at Stratford with the sauce being quite lackluster too in terms of quailty and taste, but the worst thing was the fish was cold by the time it arrived and that just killed the taste and my expectations, we were too hungry to complain any further and did not want to wait again for a new order. To be honest and to thier credit the starter we had was amazing and would definitely recommend this to anyone that goes here, the CHILLY PEPPER QUEIJO, A blend of cheese and chilli peppers in a crispy batter, the soft melted cheese in a delicately perfectly prepared batter type balll fuses with just the right spice of chilly will send some your taste buds spinning as we could become addicted to these. So i havent written this branch off completely yet as we feel we still have to go and try many other dishes on the menu for a real evaluation of this place, but just disappointed that the main did not live up to the same standard and service as stratford branch.

Best place to eat in town.. Their food is cooked fresh and you can choose from wide range of sauces to go with your order – all made in house. I have tried many of their dishes and till now all have exceeded my expectation. Above all, the food represents great value for money.ps; They also do cakes and shakes, YUM!

Went for a meal today with family. Was told private rooms are used for a specific group of people was couldn’t make sense I needed a private space just as much as I have a small baby to nurse. Never less I did manage to reserve the room. I found their welcoming cold and had to deal with stares. We were also told that we had to come and give our order as the rooms were downstairs and the wouldn’t come down to take the order. I found the staff lacked a certain etiquette but at least the food was nice. Room a bit tight for a large family but was OK for us. Would go again but weary of their overall attitude.
