I am an Architect, Designer & Cook living in the beautiful Kent countryside & I love to prepare delicious food using high quality, locally sourced produce. My personal cuisine is based on perfecting recipes from South East Asia & Middle Eastern using the wonderful ingredients found here in the Garden of England.
