I went to palm palace for Shisha and many other shisha places in Edgware road. What I want to add here the customer service was really poor. When I mentioned about the costumer services to manager he tried to be helpful but one of the staff get upset which was about to create serious tension, I decided not to go back there. The staffs in my opinion not experienced enough to deal with costumers.You need to employ friendly staff otherwise they way they talk might cause tension. DONT FORGET YOU GET PAID
