Without a spoon at the….. This is a rip off. I have been to many afternoon teas in London and this takes the price. To the background of elevator music you can enjoy lukeworm darjeeling with dry cucumber sandwich. You are in trouble if you want sugar with your tea and you can expect raised eyebrows from the seldom present waitresses if you expect a spoon to stir your tea. Unfortunately the scones fell apart when cutting them. I was looking forward to leave but the non-functional credit card machines kept me busy and eventually I was forced to get cash from outside the Cumberland. Luckily the credit card workedat the parking place a few minutes later…
