Popped in while staying locally for business and it was better than average but I would necessarily say very good, Id say it was good, however, the service brought it up to a 4/5 rating. The food itself is good and generous in portion, standard curry house beers, stuck with those rather that the seemingly over priced wines. The food was good value though and they catered for a bespoke request from one of our party which he was very happy about the resulting dish. Overall a decent meal with friendly service at a reasonable price, definitely worth a visit if youre in need of a curry in the area!
The food was mediocre. Ordered butter chicken, vegetable biriani and garlic naan. Biriani tasted like Chinese fried rice and the butter chicken was ok. Naan was pretty good. Before ordering we asked how big the naan was and the guy told us it was tiny. We ended up ordering 4 for 2 people and we barely got through two of them since they were much bigger than we were told, so dont over order naan, one is enough per person. Maybe theyre famous for other things on their menu but I was not very impressed and wouldnt go again.
