Now with three restaurants in Ibiza, Milan, and London each with menus created by chef Gennaro Esposito of the two-Michelin starred Torre del Saracino, IT Restaurants has become synonymous with the gastronomic excellence of southern Italy and the vibrancy of the Balearic Islands. The brands most recent opening on Londons Dover Street in November 2019 saw the same IT concept and authentic culinary offering brought to one of central Londons most prestigious addresses. Head Chef Adriano Rausas approach is rooted in Italian traditions, simultaneously pairing haute cuisine techniques with the boldest seasonal ingredients from around the UK to create a selection of classic Mediterranean dishes.
