The Shepherds Tavern is situated in what is now the fashionable and wealthy area of London, namely Mayfair. The name of the architect, Edward Shepherd, lived on not only in Shepherds Market, but also in the Shepherds Tavern which was built in 1735. Today Shepherds Tavern is the favorite watering hole for the local residents, tourists, business people and shoppers alike.
