Worst curry I have ever had.. There are a lot of great curry houses on the Wirral, this is sadly not one of them. After booking a table for 7 o’clock, we were phoned by the restaurant, asking if we could make it half 6. We presumed they had a later booking and wanted the table and it wasn’t a problem for us so we agreed.Unfortunately, rushing our meal did not stop there. The food arrived on the table 5 minutes after we ordered it, it was barely cooked, flavourless and the service was hurried and quite rude. My mother asked about the deserts on the menu. The waiter said they didn’t have any. I asked why it was on the menu if they didn’t have any. He said, well we have it but no-one orders it, it’s old… He was clearly just trying to free up our table as quickly as possible. I would have been less annoyed if he had told us the truth, but to give us those half-baked lies was just insulting. Before we had even put our coats on or got up to leave, another waiter was holding the door open ready for us.The staff there were very rude, the food was undercooked and flavourless and I would not recommend for anyone to go there. It was truly an amateurish affair.
Best curry house on the Wirral. Food is top quality.have been going to the curry garden for many years and have never been disappointed, staff are very friendly, very good value for money, you can take your own dinnks, well worth a visit, booking advisable, even mid week, just in case there is a party going on,,
Best Curry in the Northwest (and i have been to a few). Been twice in two weeks after reading numerous reviews, and each time the food and service has been excellent. The portions are large (struggle to eat a starter and main), and the food is fresh and excellent quality. The food is also very good vaule for money with the average main meal costing 5.95, and what you can’t finish they will bag up for you to take home for the next day (hard times).Make sure you book, as after 7pm on a friday/saturday you may struggle to get a seat. On both occassions I have seen people turned away as its only a small venue.Another plus is you can take your own beer and wine. If your forget then the co-op is about 400 yards away.
