I’m a regular here as I live around the corner, there are loads of options for other places to eat in the area but I keep coming back here. The staff are lovely and very efficient, the food is always amazing and being a regular, I notice other regulars and there are a lot of them. They’re a relatively new shop – compared to the others in the area but they’re the most popular and in the beginning it took a while to get their footing as they had a lot of new staff in training. The negative review below seems baffling as they always ask which part of the chicken you want when you order, it might have been one of the staff on training that they dealt with.
We ate here earlier today, they gave us a very poor service plus the server is very very rude. We asked for a certain part of chicken at first they agreed to give it, when we received the meal they didn’t give what we asked and payed for. When we approached the server they became very aggressive and wouldn’t apologise. They’re insisting that we don’t have the right to choose what we want to eat!! ridiculous. Don’t eat here!!!!!!!! Waste of money!
