Excellent choice of food at very reasonable prices. Huge portions. Lovely and intimate inside, whilst outside is relaxing during the week/day and up beat and fun in the evening. Perfect for events and parties. Belly dancer on Fridays and Saturday. Recently refurbished it seems as very clean. Must try the shisha also!!!
This place has been completely transformed. It still isnt quite ready but once they cover up the green net and add some finishing touches, it will be great!I ordered the houmous and lamb which was reallllly good and I highly recommend it. The houmous was a good consistency and the lamb was tender and juicy with lots of seasoning. The fries are sprinkled in herbs and really nice. To finish, the knafeh is delish, it could do with a little more cheese but its crispy and delicious 🙂
One of the best Turkish meals I’ve ever had- generous portion for the main course (three chicken wings for the starter was a bit mean!), the best cooked falafels I’ve had and delicious hummus too. Service was attentive and polite. I’ll be back!
Turkish food, Turkish drinks and their culture! Something worth a try. This place is located on Collierswood High Street and very close to the train and bus station. They have three different section, an enclosed dining room, a open air sheesha seating and a section for a private party. The sheesha is well made and good to enjoy on a fun evening.Their menu has a very good assortment of food along with the Turkish specialities. Recently they made an addition to their menu and I tried the chicken pasta. It was mouth watering, full of chicken pieces with flat noodles and a special Turkish topping. They serve a very good and heavy quantity of food. The prices are appropriate according to the quantity served. One more little think to add, on weekends they have a well talented belly dancer who performs for the visitors.Overall a wonderful place, with great ambience, helpful staff, good variety of drinks and great food. I would definitely visit every week!
About time something different and tasty came along in this neck of the woods. Attentive service, good food and portions. The manager is always willing to take any feedback. The shisha garden is also cool, you can kick back have smoke and mingle with people. Nice atmosphere.
For someone as picky as me I found that this place is amazing. The quality of food and service is amazing which is really hard to find in restaurants in and around London.I would completely recommend this place, particularly for its chicken and Baklava which seemed to go down wonderfully amongst my siblings. The waiter was fabulous as he made me and my sisters feel extremely welcome as well as the manager. The food came on time and were cooked to a high standard; not to mention that the food came out fast. Portions are a good size; enough to fill you up and enough to leave you with room for dessert. Music and bar created a welcoming ambiance while eating, particularly as managers and waiters were checking on you and making sure that you had everything you needed.Considering that it is hard to find places like these I would say that this is one of the best restaurants that I have been to in a very long time.Completely willing to go back, especially for belly dancing nights on Fridays and Saturdays. Nothing to really complain about other than having a coffee before bed ;P. If you are really into exotic food and a change of culture this is the place to be. (even if you can’t read the menu, everyone is willing to help!)
