Ordered a meal via Amazon Restaurants. It was surprisingly very good. The chicken was nice and spicy. Delivery took about 40 mins.Would order again.
Absolute terrible service. Food is okay but not worth suffering through such rude and horrible service. Been a loyal customer for a year and a half. But theyre service has become absolutely abhorrent. So many good waitresses gone with new ones that cannot do the job and old ones who cannot handle the job. Complete joke. Spend ur money elsewhere.
I didn’t come rosters for time but today I went I got really nice chicken spicy and well cooked rice. The customer service is very good especially shushu she have a perfect smile that welcomes people in and she always smells nice .she treat the customers nicely and I come with my friends to eat their spicy chicken and to see her
Not a fan of Roosters. Chicken was too chilli & lemon overload, not a great combo. I was told the Ilford branch was much better (Food wise). However I did order their dessert and one of the best chocolate cake I have ever tasted.
So far I’ve visited this restaurant twice- on the first occasion I simply ordered an apple pie slice with cookies & cream (I think) ice cream which tasted amazing and the price wasn’t entirely unreasonable at 3.99. However, in terms of service I wasn’t too impressed by the fact that I had to wait quite a while and had to ask twice before it was served to me. On my second visit, I ordered a chicken satay as an appetiser; I was pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted but I feel as though it was slightly overpriced and the presentation put me off a bit as it was organised in a linear way but with no actual skewer and so looked a little strange. Next, I had the beef steak burger with a side of fries and, to be honest, I could not find any fault in it in terms of taste. The steak was juicy and cooked to perfection and the chips were pretty good too.Overall, the atmosphere is good, owing to its location; I personally enjoy the ambiance of a busy restaurant. The food is fairly expensive and not presented in the best way but not to the point that I wouldn’t go back. Also, judging by the fact that the taste of the food cannot be faulted, my experience of visiting was altogether a positive one.
Beef Steak: 12:49 | Presentation wise, Roosters Piri Piri hit the spot. I found the little black trays adorable! Food wise, it was delicious! The steak- which I ordered in lemon and herb- was oozing with flavour, moist and tender. The chips were great too, crispy and hot. However, I feel like Roosters is overpriced. Firstly, you have to order at the counter yourself and secondly, you have to pay service charge which is actually ridiculous considering the only service they do is bring your food and drink to you and thirdly, the steak isn’t as big as the pice you pay for it. Also with regards to service, it wasn’t welcoming. The staff were too busy in conversation and slouched around which isn’t the best of first impressions. Whether I visit the restaurant again remains to be seen. Foodie.007 x
