a huge fan of this restaurant – great food, lovely family ambiance. A regular guest – but I did not know that the restaurant does catering for domestic events. Went to a friend’s son’s 21 birthday party. BBQ lunch for large number of seated guests. Outstanding salads – notably grilled tuna – amazing unrivalled, tasty, succulent lamb chops and exceptional ribeye steaks. Staff cooked and served – all impeccably. Congratulations on a new, successful line of business!
Cannot praise highly enough! Great food, great people, lovely service! My sister invited us over in November and we popped into the Rising Sun for a quick drink. Honestly, after a beer and a look at the menu, we couldn’t help but to tuck into the amazing food! Started off with the Burrata, absolutely scrummy yet very simple. And for such a good cause with the donation to charity which is such a good cause for such good food! My boyfriend loved the pate too. Sea bass and crushed potatoes for main anyone? AMAZING!!! And my boyfriend was in love with the Fillet Steak pasta! I cannot express my love enough! The portions were too big for dessert- interpret as a good or bad thing. However, I would’ve murdered a chocolate brownie if I wasn’t so full! The staff are very friendly. kind and there’s a lovely family feel not to mention great service. The other people there were equally as kind too, so it’s good to be dining with nice people.Highly recommend!!!!!
