Really bad quality and very rude staff who see customers as an inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend. We visited and was given a melted, watery looking yoghurt. Requested that it was changed and was told no that we shouldn’t have paid for it if it didn’t look right? Huh? Couldn’t believe that they weren’t prepared to change it. Other people in the shop told us that this was the normal and they were only there as it was somewhere for them to sit (they were teenagers). Staff was on her phone, didn’t care. Other one was eating toppings? Terrible.

I have only been here if I have been elsewhere in Mill Hill for dinner and want something relatively light for dinner. The selection of toppings isn’t great (but then again I am comparing to Pinkberry). For what it is essentially frozen yogurt, it is pretty over priced and nothing special.

Although this is in a prime location, I can’t say I have ever been more than once, which also only happened as I had some time to kill in Mill Hill and was curious enough to head in.The idea makes enough sense to lure people in, a healthy alternative to ice cream with various toppings available to you, including traditional sprinkles and syrups and also fruits. The frozen yoghurt comes in plain and chocolate, but I chose plain as I know that it has a tangy flavour and wasn’t sure how that would work with the chocolate flavour. The result was nice enough, however it was just not something I’d be happy to shell out that much money for on a regular basis.I’m not entirely sure of the popularity of this place, as I have never seen it full and crowded with people but it’s never entirely empty for long periods of time either.I’d say it’s a standard frozen yoghurt joint, but not exactly something that’s hard to do yourself at home either.
