I went into this venue on Wednesday, for a bite to eat and was with a relative, We had just walked from St James’s Park Station and was ready for light refreshment,There is quite clearly a good food and hygiene rating displaying a 5 on the door so in we went, However a 5 on the door is no good what so ever if you don’t get the warm welcome and good basic food to go with it,I wanted cheese on toast anda tea, my relative asked for twocheese on toast and a coffee, A male cook then said its an order of 4.00 per person, we said we had ordered two cheese on toast each and a drink each,, Ok, Table 14, But there was no apology,The tea and coffee came in good time However when the cheese on toast’s came upyou would have thought they had run out of cheese and was very disappointing,I will try to avoid this venue in future.
