I was invited to try the Flights of Fancy Gluten Free Afternoon Tea at St Ermins Hotel recently.The gluten free sandwiches were chilled and the bread was very thick hence they weren’t very inviting and unfortunately the fillings were very limited.The gluten free scones were tasty however they were a bit crumbly and dry but that can happen with gluten free scones.The standout on the gluten free pastries was the carrot cake was which divine.The afternoon tea was served with three flutes of champagne, one flute for each serving i.e. sandwiches, scones and pastries.x aroundtheworldin80pairsofshoes.com
