Undercooked Fish and chips dripping in oil, rude staff, cafe smelled like a real greasy spoon, cheap bread accompanied the meal, disappointing experience, wouldn’t recommend and won’t return.
The cafe had a food menu but it also had an outside ice cream stall, where you could get two scoops of any of the ice creams on show in the window.Highly recommended and so is the ice cream.
Visited Whitley Bay and chanced on an ad for fish and chips. Decided to give it a try and were very pleasantly surprised. Fish and chips were delicious, lovely crispy batter on the fish. Very good value for money.
