Tried this place as it’s local to me now I’ve moved to Monton and didn’t know of another to try. I ordered the chicken fried rice and it cost about 5 something, it was very tasty, lots of chicken in it. It was that nice I want back a week later and ordered the same thing.I had to wait about 10 mins for the order but I don’t mind that as it seemed freshly cooked.The staff behind the counter were civil and efficient, but not particularly cheerful.Inside the place was spotlessly clean on both sides of the counter. Modern-ish fresh design, it looked like it might have been refurbished not to long ago. There was no background music playing, but there was a TV on showing BBC news at a good volume level and there was about 4 different news papers to read (I don’t read tabloids personally but that was better than 1 paper a few months out of date.)I will go again and order something different. I’ll prob phone my order in next time and see if it’s ready on timeI would have rated the place a 5 out of 5 if the service had have been a bit more friendly and upbeat.Overall, one of the tastiest chicken fried rice dishes I’ve had from a takeaway.
