Used the cafe when waiting for a show at the theatre. Nice, clean pleasant staff. Possibly the only problem was finding the front door! (You appear to be going into a departmental store next door). I would use again.
I do love nero coffee shops, but this ones service is absolutely horrible. Your staff is extremely inpolite and dont connect with they customers whatsoever. Very very disappointed do not recommend
Nice coffee but i the atmosphere was dead, very good as a quiet retreat from the crowd, but it wasnt my cup of tea, staff were not that friendly
Very friendly helpful staff. Very important is the comfy big soft chairs. Good coffee and cake especially the chocolate.
Met son for coffee in his lunch hour. All was good coffee ok and the cakes hit the spot.. Would go again, but there are lots of coffee shops in the area..
