If I could rate lower I would!!!! This restaurant is not an all you can eat as if you don’t finish what is on your plate in one round the host does not want to serve you again even if the food is burnt greasy and in edible. The host at the front of the restaurant is nasty, has no manners and if you challenge her on the quality of food or service she points, shouts at you about the menu and is downright rude and needs better manners and customer service. We waited above 30 minutes for each round and when we told her we weren’t happy with the service were told well if you don’t like it do not come back. Will not be going here ever again and would never recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs if you want a nice friendly environment!!!!!!!!
Came on Sunday evening not sure what to expect rather nervous entering but after been given menu waited ages for drinks ,as meal went on the service was intermittent, too many people not enough staff but saying that the staff were full of apologies and waiting awhile between courses was not a bad thing ! The food was very good surprisingly so , we had the buffet plus duck and pancakes and we all enjoyed it ! We could see some tables having trouble waiting but as I say we didn’t mind and the tasty food made up for the wait
