The Jacket Potato Tram is exactly that! My name is Reuben Davenport and I sell Jacket Potatoes topped with home made toppings from a tram outside Thomas Cook's in Lancaster. I also sell pizza slices in the afternoons, and in winter specialise in a range of hot fillings including vegetarian dishes. The potatoes are cooked freshly at the stall and local ingredients are used wherever possible. Come to us for your lunch to have the full experience of dining at the Jacket Potato Tram.
