I travel a lot and every time I come home I have to go to Orange Pekoe for afternoon tea. Everything is so delicious! I recommend the curly wurly cake, but they don’t always have it!
such a lovely part of barnes, and you have orange pekoe around the corner full of tea mugs, a comprehensive selection of teas from the planet earth and also some dribbling and marvellous smelling coffee. The bakery options and sandwiches are quite nice, the smoked ham and the beef & horse radish are likely to be all-time favourites.You can either wrap yourself in warmth indoors and watch the street crowd outdoor, takeaway is available but such a cute offering deserves some time. I will definitely try the scons with jam next time!

Afternoon Tea. Wanted to try afternoon tea in London but didn’t want to pay 30 gbp so after some online research, found Orange Pekoe, which was also conveniently located within a walking distance.Around 17 gbp, afternoon tea was pretty good. a lot of food and sweets (it was more than i needed)…
